Webinář s Craigem Mossem a Patrickem Neytsem nabídl praktický a inspirativní pohled na posilování odolnosti dodavatelských řetězců prostřednictvím zlepšení tzv. due diligence v oblasti environmentálních a sociálních rizik.
Ukázal, jak mohou ESG a udržitelnost tvořit přirozenou součást řízení výkonu a rizik – nikoliv pouze formální součást reportingu. Dozvěděli jsme se o prvcích systému řízení, které jsou potřebné ke snížení rizika u firem i dodavatelů, a o jejich aplikaci v rámci Scope 3. Diskutovali jsme také o využití umělé inteligence k práci s daty tak, aby pomáhala řídit budoucí zlepšování, a nejen reportovala již proběhlé aktivity.

Dříve působil jako COO v Center for Responsible Enterprise and Trade.

The webinar offered a practical and inspiring perspective on strengthening the resilience of supply chains by improving supply chain due diligence for environmental and social risks.
It showed how ESG and sustainability could form a natural part of performance and risk management – not just a formal part of reporting. Participants learned about the management system elements needed to reduce their risk and that of their suppliers and their application to everything from Scope 3 carbon emissions to forced labor. The discussion also covered the application of AI to use data to drive future improvement and not just report on past activities.
